What happens in physiotherapy?

With special exercises, which are primarily carried out actively by the patient, body regions are strengthened and joints made more flexible. This leads to a better feeling in your body and thus bad posture and pain can be avoided, this enables you to now see for yourself whether or when you are overloading your body. This is useful after injuries or operations, as well as preventive, i.e. before pain and damage occurs.
